Nurses

Queue, triage, MAR, observation, and the emergency board. Nursing work is first-class, not a form for the doctor.

Nursing work in Beys is not a side form for the doctor's note. It has its own signed artifacts.

Default landing is the queue. An ED nurse works the track board.

Work you can name

Queue. Who waits. Who is next. Tokens and appointments share the board.

Triage. Triage is a clinical act. It is not a clerical stamp.

MAR. Administration is recorded. The chart shows what was given.

Observation. Vitals and notes return to the longitudinal chart.

Emergency board. Acuity, clocks, pathway, and disposition. Retriage and deterioration timers are visible.

What stays true when it is busy

The red floor is not demotable. Allergy conflict, contraindicated interaction, and critical values do not become quiet because the board is full.

The companion can escalate a patient at home. That escalation lands with humans. The companion does not diagnose.
