Public claims

Sentences you may reuse, and sentences you must not say.

Use this page when you write a slide, a tender, or an internal memo. If a sentence is not here, do not invent it.

You may say

  • Beys is an AI-native hospital operating system: a doctor's assistant, a patient's companion, and a facility's institutional pattern sight.
  • Beys keeps the next step in care moving.
  • The clinician is the author. AI output is a draft. The clinician signs.
  • AI proposes. The clinician disposes.
  • Drug–drug interaction, allergy, and dose checks are deterministic. They run when AI is down.
  • The red floor is not demotable.
  • The patient companion educates, collects, reminds, and escalates. It does not diagnose.
  • The default deployment is on-prem at the facility.
  • Country specifics are adapter profiles.
  • Prevention reports on a proxy ladder. Longer life is an aim, not a claim.
  • Demonstrations use synthetic fixtures.

You must not say

  • Beys autonomously diagnoses or treats.
  • The patient companion diagnoses or changes treatment.
  • Beys is a certified medical device, FDA approved, CE marked, or MDR cleared.
  • The AI is clinically validated.
  • Zero missed red flags, as a clinical fact.
  • Beys saves lives, reduces mortality, or extends life.
  • Beys is HIPAA certified or PDPA certified.
  • PHI never leaves the building, as an absolute.
  • Named customers, named pilots, or live production outcomes.

Evidence level

Engineering evaluation on synthetic journeys is not clinical validation. Do not upgrade the evidence in a meeting because the slide looks better that way.
